Booking Policy

Moving a Booking 

You may move a booking up to 48 hours prior to the course date.  If you choose to rearrange a booking, you may move the date of your booked course to another available date. You will need to contact the studio as soon as possible to arrange this.  The course fee is transferable to another course/date providing you have contacted the studio 48 hours before the start of the course.

If you fail to contact the studio before the 48 hours cut-off, the course fee then becomes non transferable and non refundable. 

Refunds

The course fee is refundable up to 7 days before the day of the course. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be completed.

Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
